The process of applying for a long term Visa is complex, time consuming and mentally and emotionally challenging. This is not a journey that you set out on without the support of someone who has the knowledge of the process, knowledge of different countries systems and skills to handle the mental, emotional roller coaster.

Hi my name is Elena, I am originally from Mexico. This is the story of how I got my Australian partner visa GRANTED!!! My half Irish, half Australian husband and I had the dream to move to Australia and settle there, we simply love the nature, people and country overall. I started the visa process through the official Immigration website and found it really overwhelming and didn't quite feel confident in what I was doing. 

This is when I started searching for an Immigration Agent for help, I scouted and had 3 choices, however these guys were the first ones to get back to me and even offered a 'No commitment first call' to talk about our specific situation. To be honest, when I started I was a bit worried about the whole Visa process. My partner is Australian, and we have been together for a year and a half. We lodged the visa literally a couple weeks after getting married, and I was nervous I wouldn't hear back until after my wife's visa in the UK expired. And yet, in just a couple of weeks after lodgement my 309 visa got granted!
